Offensive line, backup quarterback, and running back are all areas that may be of concern for depth. Who do you like from other teams cut players to be picked up by the Packers?

Not sure I'd cut someone over these guys... but if an injury came up or we could put them on the PS, I wouldn't mind taking a look.

S Brandon Hardin ~ 6'3" 217lbs, 4.43 40 yard time.
He was a physical CB in college, Bears drafted him in the 3rd round in 2012 to play S.
Some injury questions but the kid still has a lot of potential and maybe a different teams could pull it out of him, as well as maybe the Packers could get the Bears back for taking Hunter Hillenmeyer away.

DL Jarron Gilbert ~ 6'5" 290lb (as of now, but ask him to lose weight and give OLB a try)
is another 3rd round pick of the Bears (not why I like them) Gilbert was a very athletic pass rushing DT in college, who I didn't like because I didn't think he was physical enough to play DL in the NFL. And I seem to be right as he's bounced around with the Bears, Jets and Bills. BUT I wouldn't mind asking him to lose weight and try OLB like Neal.
