other than helping Fin with his draft last year I have not played NFL game. A little help. I see DB, LB and DL are options. Would that be in liue of the team defense for a week?

The scoring rules are in a Spoiler tag in the first post, but high level summary ... you can use a defensive player for points too. Only one defensive player can start on your team.
