Defense has the tools. Crazy how poor they play. Maybe egos getting the way?

I wouldn't call them poor. Matthews, Hawk, Raji, Pickett have been solid. To say Perry, who only got 6 sum odd starts in 6 games, BJones who only started 1 year, and DJones who just got drafted, played poor wouldn't be fair.

Capers is on the hot seat, no doubt about that.

If they can find a bookend to Clay, that will help considerably. Some backups would be nice too.

I want to be strong up the middle. Basically, NT/DT MLB, S.

I like Raji, Hawk is avg, I think he could have lost his job had Bishop remained healthy. We have yet to replace Collins at safety, or Cullen Jenkins as an inside pass rushing threat..

Perry had a decent sack his first game last season, but was penalized. I don't think it was a good call. I am hopeful Perry offers some strong play at OLB this year. Some sacks, covering a TE, and some run stops behind the line of scrimmage.

It scares me our first round pick this year was injured on the first play...

IMO, one of the main problems with the GB "D" is no pass rush from our D-Line. Hoping to see someone step up...
