Performance-wise:
Coleman
Crosby

Have not seen enough of the others yet individually.

and of course
Injuries in general

Franklin has a lot of potential to be a great receiving back, he does need to improve running up the middle in the NFL though. He will be dynamic in the passing game more so than the running game in his rookie year if Lacy gets the bulk of the carries.

Also Franklin is gonna benefit running in the shotgun with Rodgers. He took a lot of carries out of the shotgun in UCLA last season, and he was successful running out of it.

I see where some are coming from with the injured players, but while disappointing I wouldn't label them a disappointment, just the victim of unfortunate circumstances. I agree with Crosby as the biggest disappointment. Nothing has changed from last year - his kicks look good for 2/3 of the distance and then tail off to the side. Even if he goes perfect through the rest of preseason, how can McCarthy trust him with a game on the line? It is hard for me to imagine a scenario where Crosby is the kicker for the Packers when the season starts. I'm not trying to pick on him, I really did like him. He's had a more than generous amount of time to bring his ship back on course and hasn't.

Since I didn't watch Family night.. and with a boat load going on.. I might not catch the game tonight either.

But from reading... the biggest disappointment to date has been the reports on Datko. Being a avid fan of FSU, I thought we were getting a steal.. to date, it looks like I was mistaken.

Crosby's performance family night was disappointing as well.. much like John Axford this season.. it seems his thoughts are getting in the way.. because the talent is there.

Good call on Datko. Prior to pre-season I thought his size would make him someone to watch. Unfortunately, he just gets beat way too much. I was expecting a lot more.

Crosby by far. I thought Datko would prove to be a sleeper once he got healthy, we sure could use that right now. So that's disappointing. I also thought Coleman would look better, maybe he still will.

All injuries are disappointing, but not as far as the player. They don't get hurt on purpose and for the most part can't control that. So as far as I'm concerned it's stupid to get down on a player or consider them a bust because of injury.

I won't say Datko is a disappointment until the end of this training camp. He definitely needs to step up. He can definitely improve, maybe he's better playing in games than in practice?

The only disappointments are Crosby and Sherrod. I know it's not fair for Sherrod, but the guy looks like he hasn't been doing anything on the sideline. Crosby is obvious. I won't have my final conclusion on him until the end of preseason like everyone else, but it's not looking bright in his future. Tavecchio has confidence, I can see it within him. I don't see that with Mason. I don't care if Tavecchio has a shorter leg than Crosby, if he can make more field goals than Crosby i'll be sold on him.

By far, Mason Crosby.

Thought maybe what was happening to him last season was a fluke and he pretty much confirmed it was not on Family Night. Scrimmage game or not, doesn't really change the kicking game.

HUGE disappointment.

Next, Coleman. Thought he would take some strides and he looked awful on Family Night. It will be interesting to see what he does in these 4 upcoming games, but I think he is heading back to the PS.

Guys shouldn't be labeled a disappointment because of an injury.
