This may have been discussed already, and if it has I apologize. How much more awful play from #50 before he is declared an absolute bust. He is consistently out of position, taking bad angles and being completely out-run. He is just terrible.

Simply put, Sanders and/or Moss has (have) mismanaged Hawk.

He shouldn't be MLB ahead of Bishop.

Something has to be wrong with Hawk, he looks like a 4.8 40 speed play on the field, very slow. If he isn't being hampered by injuries, then there is a really bad problem ...

I agree with this wholeheartedly, but if it is an injury problem that is making him look as bad as he does he shouldn't be on the field.

I have not been impressed with McCarthy's coaching staff from the beginning.

LOL, that can be said for some other folks too. Funny how a little blimp causes everyone to panic.

Reminds me of the Joker's line in Dark Night; "... no body panics because it's all part of the plan, but (if things don't go as "planned") everyone loses their mind."

Ah, what a movie.

Yup.

Also, I think it was 93z that mentioned how Hawk might be thinking too much, instead of just reacting.

That might hold very true as well. He was supposed to have good instincts, know which hole to attack to get to the ball, that's what was said about him coming out of college. We haven't seen that much of this year.

Can't imagine switching to a new position in MLB has helped him to stop thinking, and play more instinctively, what with learning the new assignments, play calls, etc.

Since when is 5 and 9 a little blimp? Especially as it appears to be getting worse instead of better. "We'll remedy that, We'll get it fixed, We'll be working on that." All too familiar.

For godsake, chibiabo! We have had four -- count 'em, FOUR! -- non-winning seasons since 1992 and seven since 1988. I defy you to find another team that has had that level of sustained success in the past 20 seasons. Yet we have one losing season with a first-year quarterback who plays out of his mind, and fans like you are howling for regime change. You're acting like a bunch of spoiled two-year-olds. Frankly, I'd rather take the two-year-olds; at least they don't have the brains to know any better.

Jesus, it's embarrassing to be a Packers fan lately.
