update: lauriejean got a lawyer to take my
case. we met with the investigator
Friday.
Wednesday I have to see the orthopedic
doctor. I'm hoping he can figure out what's
wrong with my knee. the pain I get in
it....you wouldn't believe. plus, it gives
out on me. I can't wait till this is
over.

Hang in there, Alan. Being in constant pain can be very debilitating. Hopefully pain medication is able to keep the pain under control.

Speaking of medication, not sure what kind they have you on, but whatever it is may explain some of the loopiness.

thanks macbob (and sincity and Illy)
the doc has me on Vicodin. (I feel like dr. House
from TV) I only take what's necessary. I
don't abuse it. it takes the edge off, but
doesn't stop the pain.

i'm glad that you've found an attorney & will hopefully get some justice.

oh & btw, we just opened our pool so if you & miss LJ wanna take a roadtrip, you're more than welcome!!

we'll call it water therapy with frozen drinks for good measure.
