FWIW, Dez Moses just left minicamp practice with ice on his lower right leg per Jason Wilde tweet.

Also, Starks is fumbling a lot and Crosby and Tavecchio look to be battling head to head in their kicking competition.

I have listened to people (Not necessarily nerdmann) complain that coaches and GM don't tell the fans everything they know about the players and their injuries and do they all get along in the showers or not for years. Not one organization has opened up more because of these complaints. Those coaches who seem to want to be the buddy of the fan don't seem to last very long in this league.Perhaps it is just a coincidence.

As for the OTAs and mini camps and the like, I don't really pay a whole lot of attention to them. They don't REALLY count. Year after year after year we see one player getting more snaps and assume (At least some people do) that he is higher up the depth chart only to see that same player released before the final cuts are made. A great run or catch or pretend tackle in May, June, July and August does not show up on the NFL record books. I certainly like to see a player making adjustments to his new team or position but until he faces first team players from another team it is almost impossible to assume what he does in the spring or summer will actually transfer into something meaningful in the fall and winter.

This team should definitely put themselves at a competitive disadvantage during the season by fully disclosing injuries for no reason other than to make some fans happy. That's how a winning organization would run and not these crap teams the Packers have been putting out there.

If a player is out I personally do not give two shits why he is out because it doesn't matter. The guy isn't going to be playing whether I know if he has tendonitis or a severed tendon or a hand injury it simply doesn't matter if I know.

I doubt you care that much about organized crime anyways that it makes you want to vomit if they don't tell you if a guy strained his calf during OTAs. You are just whining because they aren't giving you what you want. LOL Organized crime is going to go nuts over the mysterious Dezman Moses OTA injury rofl give me a F-ing break.

I agree with your assessment above Steve but I thought the NFL gave the Packers a somewhat mild reprimand about 3-4 years ago when it came to listing injured players on the weekly reports and Mike got a little miffed and then put everyone down even guys who didn't miss any practices and still played that weeks game.

Rather derisively Mike said he wasn't a doctor and he couldn't tell if a minor ache or pain was going to keep a player out of the game.

No, players are required to sign a waiver to disclose health information.

Because messing with the honest gambling industry is the worst thing a player or team can do in any sport. Which is why they only lifetime ban players for a first offense if it is gambling. You can play on roids for 300 games and get a short suspension. But throw one game to mess with the gamblers and you are done forever. Even if you are only peripherally involved.

Because gambling is important. Careers built on cheating are not.

dfosterf (13-Aug) : a lower back injury
dfosterf (13-Aug) : Doubs says he's "fine" after injury scare. Some reported it as z
Mucky Tundra (13-Aug) : With LVN that is; need to see what happens in the next practice
Mucky Tundra (13-Aug) : beast, reading about what happened, it sounded like one of those "two guys collide and are moving slow afterwards" type of deals
beast (12-Aug) : I believe Musgrave has been injured every single season since at least a Sophomore in highschool
packerfanoutwest (12-Aug) : Matt LaFleur: “Highly unlikely” Jordan Love plays more this preseason
dfosterf (12-Aug) : Doubs, Savion Williams, LVN, Musgrave all banged up to one degree or another, missing one here I forget

Mucky Tundra (10-Aug) : Sooooooo many penalties
Mucky Tundra (10-Aug) : It may only be preseason, but this game is a trip to the dentist

Mucky Tundra (9-Aug) : THE GREEN BAY PACKERS ARE PLAYING FOOTBALL TONIGHT!!!!!! THIS IS NOT A DRILL!!!!
Zero2Cool (9-Aug) : Woo-hoo
TheKanataThrilla (9-Aug) : NFL Network is broadcasting the game tonight, but not in Canada. Not sure why as no local television is showing the game.
beast (8-Aug) : But the Return from IR designations had to be applied by the 53 man cutdown.
beast (8-Aug) : It's a new rule, so it's not clear, but my understanding was that they could be IR'd at any time
Mucky Tundra (8-Aug) : *had to be IRed at 53
Mucky Tundra (8-Aug) : beast, I thought the designate return from IR players had to be IR at cutdowns to 53, not before
beast (8-Aug) : It's a brand new rule, either last season or this season, prior, all pre-season IRs were done for the season
beast (8-Aug) : But the Packers would have to use one for their return from IR spots on him, when they cut down to 53.
beast (8-Aug) : I think the NFL recently changed the IR rules, so maybe the season might not be over for OL Glover.
Zero2Cool (8-Aug) : Packers star Howton, first NFLPA prez, dies at 95 😔
dfosterf (8-Aug) : Apparently it is too complicated for several to follow your simple instructions, but I digress
