Rhonda and I just got back from spending the weekend in the Minneapolis.

One of our little girls got married.

The surgeon did not want Rhonda to ride 7 hours each way so I went online and found round trip tickets for $300 for both of us! The actual tickets were about $24 a piece each way. Surcharges, fees and taxes were about $200.

First picture is my two kids.
The second one I am dancing with my daughter. Telling her the things every father needs to tell his daughter. She was crying.
Third one is my sister in law and niece.
The last one is a picture of the new married groom and bride a few months ago.

So any how. We ended up waiting at MPS from 9 this morning when we got there until after 1. (The flight only takes an hour.) There was a weather delay in Chicago. Although when I asked what happened around Northern IL no one knows about any issues with the weather today. The pavement was dry at the airport when we got there.

I was thinking about it before hand. I don't post my intentions on the internet prior to leaving. It didn't think about simply sending you a pm and meeting up with you.

Thing is it is Rhonda's family. She wanted to spend as much time as possible with them. She is still rebounding from major surgery and I tend to stick close and remind her she still can't do all that she wants to do including sit for more than a couple of hours. So I had to get her back to our room to rest every once in a while. She tends to pout a bit when she gets a "time out".

We flew in late Saturday. Wedding was Sunday and flew out early Monday. Well we were suppose to flew out early.

I still should have talked to you about it. In hindsight I should have done it differently. mea culpa.
