I would replace Kramer with Hutson and Favre with Starr, and here's why...
Hutson was the most dominant receiver in history. I remember reading that his tenure was referred to simply as "The Hutson era" If I had to pick two WR to start on the all-time list, it's Hutson and Rice.
While I would rgue Favre was a better QB than Starr, Starr was more representative of the team and its character, not to mention winning multiple championships. It was his play call at the end of the ice bowl that became the most recognizeable single play of that dynasty. And not to denigrate Favre too much, but he didn't just leave or retire at the end of his career, but he jerked the team around in doing it. If we're talking a "Mt. Rushmore" I would prefer to have faces on it that were Packers first and players second.
In Lambbeau, Lombardi, Hutson and Starr, you have four men with whom the team is identified even more than they are identified with the team.
