Green Bay --- Last season began with a lot of frustration for Jermichael Finley. The Packers tight end was plagued by drops and fans let him hear about --- on the field and out in town.

Great idea. Lets hope he gives more money for TDs than drops.

Glad to see him giving back and acknowledging a personal issue with his game... in a constructive and giving manner.

With the money he makes, $5,000 per would be a lot more reasonable than $500.

I agree. $500 is obviously better than nothing, but it could be a lot more given the average number of drops in a season and the amount of money he makes. I remember David Garrard used to donate $10,000 for every TD pass he threw to the Chrons and Colitis foundation, and he wasn't the highest paid QB by any means. That's a serious dedication, imo.

Yikes if this is true.. we shall see, not like it would be way out there for a professional ball player to do such a thing. One thing that makes one wonder is why did the accuser make the comments and then delete her/their profile so quickly?
