Since I am not a nimrod (all the time anyway haha) and would rather partake in fun instead of being snide, I am going to say Brad Jones. It was tough because I think Erik Walden is a good 3 OLB. I give the edge to Jones though because I think he's the better special teams player.

Brad Jones and Eric Walden occupied two very important positions in our defense last season, Walden for the past 2 or 3. The results of their play is, to me, a pretty clear indication we need far better personnel there.
Knowing Jennings is postured/planned to this point to be out, maybe Benson becomes the choice if we had to pick one. He ran well prior to injury, always able to pick up a couple extra yards after contact. But, now he's older and coming off an injury.
Grant, doesn't seem like the staff really wants to use him.
So, looking at our options, I'd rather go outside and spend those dollars on FAs from other teams that might give us improved play from what we had.
