Consequently, the rain forests are being leveled at an unprecedented rate to grow corn for ethanol, releasing never-before-seen amounts of carbon into the atmosphere. Deforestation alone now accounts for 20% of the world's carbon emissions.

Iowa now produces so much ethanol that it's a net importer of corn!

Father passing away... playing against Oakland... I guess you're destined to have a big game when that happens, Cassel was great.

I saw a small bit of that Vikings game, Jackson's pass to, I think, Berian was perfect. He seems to be stepping up now, when it matters.

Defense was playing pretty great aswell, especially the defensive line. From the part I've seen, I really felt sorry for Warner and their O-line.
