Bigger point concerning this thread, McCarthy (& his staff) has to get all 46 players who are active, focused on winning. If you are holding to a mantra of "next man up," you can't go away from running the ball when Benson goes down.

My point on Raji, is they knew he was already dinged. Where is his assigned backup on the 46? Neal is not a NT. Guess we don't have one, and that's a problem.

This kind of comment comes off as a lack of urgency to me. You've got 11 games left, that means over 30% of your season is IN THE BOOKS. It's not early in the season anymore. The Bears and Vikings are both at 4 wins. Think about that. It's time to get your ass in gear, but shit, that should have started five weeks ago so why we expecting it to now all the sudden? Oh yea, because 2010 the Packers were 3 - 3 and won it all.

I'm not burying them ... just frustrated at hearing the same lines over and over from the leaders and coaches. Hopefully there is urgency in the locker room that is not trickled into interviews.

Haha Finley is a problematic superstar. He doesn't have the drive of someone like Gonzalez but then again our coaching staff doesn't seem to use Finley that well.
