the javaplugin required for the chat is disabled my firefox by default due to security issues:

IIRC you need to go into the Java Control Panel (Control Panel -> Java), Advanced tab, expand security and then Mixed Code, and change to Disable Verification or the safer Enable - Hide Warning and Run With Protection options.

I don't mean to discourage anyone from showing up to chat, but I believe fox11 will stream it live for free as well.

How does the weather look this year? It seems like 3 years in a row it has been rained out.

Looks like the weather is going to be fine, figures the one year I have other plans it's actually going to go ahead without issues.

I'll be watching the preseason games via the NFL streaming service, but I'll be in the chat and trying out the feed as well to help debug too.
