Chad Ochocinco has officially changed his name back to Chad Johnson

The main reason behind the name change was due to his marriage to Evelyn Lozada. The couple preferred Evelyn’s last name to be a real name and not the fun 'Ochocinco' character we have come to love.

I'm shocked Evelyn did not want to be Mrs Ochocinco!

And the comical part.. she is stuck with the Ochocinco last name for a while... at least until all state government paperwork goes through before she can take the last name of Johnson.

Ok....not "PC", but this whole name thing reminded me of a joke i heard on TV YEARS ago (i believe the comic was named Rip Taylor. He was a kind of feminine acting guy with a big mustache and toupe)

The police report from the incident between Johnson and his wife Evelyn Lozada also was released Sunday morning. Like many police reports, it tells a few different stories.
