I do agree with Dakota. We have become spoiled. If you look at what we had in the 70s, 80s, 90s, and heck, even up until 2007, they pale in comparison. Our SB winning WRs in 1996 can't hold a candle to what we have now.

If you had to make a choice between:

Door #1: Jennings

and

Door #2. Finley and WHICHEVER one of the current Packer WRs you consider the next most valuable,

would you pick 1 or 2?

Me, I'd take door #1.

That's how important I think Jennings is to this team.

Raji and Matthews are more important than Jennings. JMHO I say that because of what we have as players to replace them if lost, not because of the players listed. But having said that I hope we can keep all three. It's going to be tough to keep everyone but I hope the players involved are more interested in winning than being able to say "I got more than ...". They're going to be rich either way.

There is really no reason as to why the Packers can't keep all three players. I agree with you. They have the salary cap and they can always restructure current contracts to make it work if necessary. They’re many tricks cap czars can do and I imagine the Packers have some up their sleeves.

But I'd pick Jordy + Finley. Jordy has proven me wrong (in a good way) last year big time. I complained he couldn't get separation, and in 2011, he got plenty of separation. I also said Jones blew him away as a deep threat. Once again, in 2011, Jordy proved me wrong.

Jordy is almost as good as Gregorious now. BUT, is that because Gregorious gets the #1 CB and Jordy gets the #2 CB? I don't know. Someone who understands DBs better needs to answer this for me.

It will be interesting to see how it's handled this upcoming season. Jennings, Nelson and Finley ... those three alone are going to give Secondary coaches nightmares.

The Giants had the personnel to execute that type of game plan. Not many teams do, although San Francisco does, so it'll be interesting if they use that game plan on Green Bay in week one.
