Mike McCarthy is just too damn stubborn. He will not change his gameplan mid game. He does not make adjustments at all.

Did you watch the game at all? Seriously, even for a minute?
The West Coast Offense relies on the 'First 15' (well it's First 12 usually, but McCarthy makes it 15) where by the first 15 plays of the game are scripted.
We come out and struggle with those plays, as evidenced by our struggles early in games for the second straight game.
Then, as McCarthy moves away from his first 15 scripted plays, we tend to get going and start moving the ball on O.
That's the sign of a coach who adjusts quite well. The problem isn't with McCarthy's adjustments, it's with his inability to get his players to execute to a high level in games the plays they have practiced all week.
