Well, it appears Levens escaped the Madden Curse then. Yes, he had a BETTER year after being on the cover of Madden. He's one of the few lucky ones.

Why Dorsey Levens get the cover after a 378 yard season with one touchdown? Started four games, played in seven. I don't get it. Did he have pictures of John Madden with Monica Lewinsky?

I don't even own a videogame console, but if I understand correctly, Madden is inaccurate as it's one year ahead.

Anyway, that's my best guess why Levens was on there after a poor season.

Calvin Johnson vs. Cam Newton for Madden cover

dammit! I wanted Aaron Rodgers on it ... imagine Aaron Rodgers with that chip on his shoulder to prove the curse wrong? Plus, I wanted to buy a copy of Madden with him on it. Maybe next year after another MVP season and Super Bowl MVP

As I said from the start of it all Cam Newton will be on it, he has the flare and personality to be on the cover. Sorry to say but people put Rodgers in the Brady and Manning class which means they lose popularity because they are hated by other teams fans.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
