I agree with this, do not kiss anyone's ass. There's a reason you don't see "Site Admin" or "Site Owner" anywhere on the actual owners profile. They want to be one of the "members" and they hope the members are treated with respect as if any of them COULD be the owner.

It takes effort sometimes to be a pain the rear but it is worth it.
