She could be very bad at math and still be very smart.
My wife is not very good with spatial dynamics, but she is very smart. She has much better business sense than I do and can read people very well. She can create systems and procedures that are fairly self regulating that are difficult for people to screw up.
She can organize a room full of women.
Which is apparently like herding cats. You can't tell them what to do, you have to make them think that they already want to do what you are asking them to do.
But don't hand her a tape measure.
