Happy for the man, even though him being the OC of the Packers is not as big a deal as other might see it as. McCarthy called the plays, not him. I don't doubt he's a good OC, but only time will tell if he has the skills to run a team. Either way, I'm happy for him.

Matt Flynn is as good as gone though.
