The first casualty of this past Vikings 3-13 season is the ONLY good coach they had, Karl Dunbar. Just look at his career and it will tell you the pedigree of this man.

What do we expect though...with Spielman and co. running the show. Let's see, fire one of the best coaches on the team? Check. Promote from within on a horribly underachieving team? Check. Try and fool the fans into thinking there is an actual GM power structure while keeping the status quo? Check.
