In a day of dramatic change at Halas Hall, the Chicago Bears parted ways with general manager Jerry Angelo and offensive coordinator Mike Martz on Tuesday.

And the Vikings 86'd their triangle of authority and gave Spielman a promotion to General Manager. Damn it's great to be a Packer.

Mike Martz was fired? His contract was up after the conclusion of the '11 season. Oh well, either way, hopefully they bring on an inept offensive coordinator that doesn't assemble a decent OL or scheme.

Martz going was a no-brainer to me. The offense is way too complicated for the amount of production you get out of it.
