I have that confidence yet.. but this offseason will be very telling.. one can sort of write some things into a frustrating offseason and season alike.

Early in the offseason.. I expect a couple of adjustments in staff and roster alike..

But we have a boatload of talent on this team.. just getting to play to there potential and filling in some voids.. some larger than others...

No, but only because you used the word 'complete.' Through no fault of Ted Thompson of McCarthy, they just don't have a long enough track record in their respective positions for me to have complete confidence in them. With that said, I am very confident in their abilities, as I think they've proven to be successful thus far - this season notwithstanding.

It's hard to have "complete" confidence when you go from a 13-3 record and hosting the NFC Championship game to being 5-7 with basically the same team. and now we are still looking for a punter in week 14.
I feel there is a problem that goes beyond injuries and that seems to be a lack of leadership.

I'm not for firing MM or Ted Thompson but there better be some major shakeups this off season.
Ted can't just sit on his hands if we go .500 or less.

Yes. This practically the same team as last year(No Brett duh, Cullen Jenkins, Corey Williams, Barnett) now the teams problem isn't necessarily all on the play calling and decision making, its on the players not executing on the field when its needed the most as well. Too many times our defense has been a push over. We need to be a bend but don't break defense. Our offense needs to find a balance. Aaron throwing 45+ times a game is not good.

We see the best teams in the league right now really benefiting to the 2 RB system and I think its time we start utilizing BOTH Ryan and Brandon.

It just shows that when our starters go down, the backups arn't that good.
Last year we didn't have the injuries we had this year.
Plus we lost the close games this year, where last year we won the close ones.
The bounces haven't gone our way this year.

Insofar as a person can have faith in another person, yes. insofar as I don't think they make mistakes, no. i guess the way i'd answer your question based on what your definition of "complete" is....

... that depends on what your definition of is is.
