I accepted the promotion offer today. Now is the hard part. Trying to pack, load the truck, drive, find a new place to live, enroll Keiana into school, etc ...

wow, they didn't let you settle down for too long, eh? I imagined it would be pretty fun where you live. Gotta take the promotion though.

I don't know if it's them not letting me settle down or not. The position in new because the corporate office realized they took too many assets (such as myself) away from each of the Packerland plants. This is their way of remedying that misjudgment. I was volunteered for the position by two co-workers with positive encouragement. I thought it over quite a bit and decided I would love the challenge. So, I'd say more of the not being settled down falls on my shoulders. I love a good challenge and the opportunity to lead. I just felt I couldn't pass it up.

Can't take the cheese out of cheeseheads, huh? Once a flatlander, always a flatlander. I wish the best for you and Keiana. Too bad you couldn't stay through next October. I'm pretty sure I'm doing a bike safety workshop for teachers in Greeley early next October. Dates aren't set yet but it will be a Thursday thru Sat. on the Northern Colorado campus.

Coulda hooked up with you and Keiana and had some fun blasting Vikings fans.
