You ARE judging him though. Say he didn't do anything wrong you think he should be suspended for being in a disagreement with his girlfriend where she wrongly called the cops? That's ridiculous. These aren't robots they are indeed still people and people have problems in their personal lives.

I'm not saying I think he's innocent or anything, if he did beat on his girlfriend by all means send him packing but to want to suspend someone for simply having an issue in their personal life whether they did anything wrong or not is an awful way to react.

I tend to agree with the general idea of Buckeye's post. Either Walden is guilty OR he's associating with someone crazy enough to fabricate an assault charge at 2:30 in the morning. Maybe it's even some shade of grey, but no matter what he's putting himself in a bad situation that compormises himself and ultimately the team.

This crap happens all the time.

He is a professional athlete, women are all over them. He has been on the road, comes home and his girlfriend or wife finds a woman's broken fingernail in his stuff, or a phone number, or a condom wrapper in his pocket. She freaks out of course.

Perhaps she throws a fit.. rushes him with a vase in her hand, he pushes her to the side, she trips hits her head on the end of the coffee table, blood, angry she blabs on to a nurse about he is a man whore and he pushed her. Off to jail.

Does that make him a woman beater? NO! Assault? NO! Battery? NO! An ass hole? Perhaps.

I tell you one thing... They were not fighting over money. They were not fighting over the kids, they were not fighting because he bitched about the dinner she cooked.

I would bet my left nut, it was about infidelity.

Now is in the joint. Bad Thanksgiving Day Weekend.

Also.. Just because a man can not pass up on a hummer in the hotel, or the back of a limo does not make him un focused on his job,

However, I have been in situations where the girl will attack the guy. I've seen this numerous times. My white trash cousins are great at this sort of thing. My cousin tweaked out on her boyfriend, because she was bored with him and had someone better on the line. So she picks a fight, screaming, screeching, throwing things, slammed his head through a glass table and broke it. Punching and scratching his face until he pushed her away. BAM! That's all it took and my other female white trash cousin was on the phone with the police. They came and hauled his ass away.
Fast forward a few years. I'm living with my sister, helping raise her kids for her. She starts going crazy slapping me and attacking me. I get de ja vu back to my cousins. I told her if she touched me again, I was calling the police. BAM! She attacks. No way I was going down on that kind of shit. I called and then left the premesis. I have a job and a career and a good name. I can't have that kind of bullshit on my fucking record. She has and had none of those things. Fuck that bitch, there was no way I was playing into her passive aggressive white trash bullshit. Raise your own damn kids, bitch. LOL.
All that said, we do NOT know what happened here. For all we know Walden is completely at fault. I remember him being in some sort of a relationship in the news articles when he first came here. But I don't know what's going on. The system is sufficiently set up by far against men that I completely reserve judgment in all of these cases. We just do not know.

Nothing's in here yet. Tell you one thing though. Dude needs to walk away and never talk to this girl again. If you end up sitting in jail over a weekend, much less a long weekend or a holiday weekend, it's over, whether you're guilty, or especially if you're not. White trash bitches know how the system works, and they go for maximum effect.

The only facts we have is she was injured and needed medical help. She got it. the hospital did their job as did the authorities.

I hope he didn't do anything wrong. We do need him. I don't think Brad Jones is as good as him.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
