November 2011 Erik Walden arrested

Erik Walden was arrested for suspicion of assaulting his his live-in girlfriend.

Apparently it happened around 2:30am and Walden is in the Brown County Jail. I wonder if he'll add me to his visitation list?

The woman was treated at a local hospital. The Police Chief doesn't believe the woman has any visible injuries.

I'm sure she needed to be told something.

I hope he didn't choke her out within an inch of her life like Cook did. If true, I would hope the team steps to the plate to discipline him. There's no place in this world for that behavior.

It is being reported on PFT that he will be held in jail until Monday. No bail til Monday at least? Does ths mean this is a serious chaarge, or is that just the way they do it on long weekends?

Bail hasn't been set, because the court is closed today. The joke around here is if you get busted, make it on a Sunday night so you can get out Monday morning in court. Because if you get nailed Friday night, you're stuck til Monday morning when court commences.

So, no court, no bail has been set to be made.
