Week 10 Metrics

Results from the blitzathon are really obvious. Look at the hurries, sacks, and hits on Ponder. The secondary behind it was too sound and experienced to allow Ponder to make us pay.

Woodson played one helluva game and overtakes Tramon Williams in YPA on the season (5.59 to 5.81). He also has Williams beat in QB Rating (54.7 to 60.9), but Williams is finding the ball more often in recent weeks.

Shields wasn't really challenged very often and 3 of the 4 incompletions thrown his way had hurries on the front end.

Bishop is a terrific blitzer despite average marks against the run and pass IMO.

Good stuff.

Looks like Packers' Pass D has been improving week to week. We started off pretty badly, as I expected after not getting any practice. (The talking heads thought the Ds would have the advantage but I knew it would be the other way around).
