Choosing not to practice in pads [this week and next week] will cost McCarthy. He gets only 14 padded practices all season due to new collective bargaining rules and 11 must be in the first 11 weeks of the season.

The nitpickiness of these rules is absurd.

These are men, who I once (15+ years ago) argued played a more rough sport than Hockey. Boy, do I looked foolish then and surely do now. They are afraid of contact in the NFL, so it seems.

Whatever happened to what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger?

They have realized that what doesn't kill you more than likely shortens your lifetime and lowers your quality of life after football.

(Not that I support the severely cut back practice rules, just sayin).

Got extremely lucky and scored some tickets in section 124, row 6. Beyond jacked for this game right now as it will be the 2nd of the season (1st against the Rams and a 3rd coming up @ Arrowhead December 18th). I wasn't even planning to go to a game this season.

Packers- 35
Buccaneers- 14

I'm going to crazy on my prediction for this game.

Packers 42
Buccaneers 17

Great seats GForce. I will be in section 135 up in the nose bleed seats.

Chances are Mike Neal may be making an appearance on the d-line this week...I am sure hoping so.
