The Packers Strengrh of Victory dropped after the win over the 0-6 Rams from .400 to .339. Had the Lions won the gap between the Wildcard Packers and the #1 overall Lions would have widened.

The Lions SOV is .427. Their SOS is .494.

Fortunately the Packers lead in winning %, conference winning %(5-0 to 4-1), net points (83-64) and net TD's (11-10).

A loss on Thanksgiving could reverse all that and give away the head to head tiebreaker temporarily.

3/8ths of this season's race to the playoffs is done.

If the Packers just go .500 the rest of the way they are 11-5.
If the Lions go .500 the rest of the way they are 10-6.

There could be a third Lions game.

understood. I realize this would be different IF the Lions won. They didn't.
Things COULD be different in the future. I will wait until we get there to worry about it.

The thing is- the Lions have not been in contention for a division/conference title in a long long long time. We don't know if they will pull a Boston/Atlanta choke in the last few weeks or not. Even if GB loses the Thanksgiving Game they could still win the division by 2-3 games.
