I just don't understand the whole musical chairs fascination. I understand that the Packers thrive on having interchangeable bodies and having flexibility due to versatility, but offensive line really isn't a position to be messing around with -- not when you have the best QB in the NFL.
I was under the impression that Derek Sherrod was supposed to be lining up at LT with Newhouse lining up at RT in place of Bulaga. Granted, Sherrod is very green and raw, but if LT is his natural position, he might as well grow into it.
Then again, it may be experience, I don't know. Either way, having offensive linemen switch around all the time may be beneficial for their own development as football players, but it doesn't cater to anybody's specialty, nor is it wise when you have a quarterback like Aaron Rodgers.
