I think the guy has potential, and he's a great charicter guy.

he showed promise as a pass-rusher, but IMO was horribly misused here.


the ONLY way i see this move happening is because of the Schnider (sp?) connection. If not for that, we are pretty much in agreement that Ted Thompson will sit put.

Wasn't he the third overall pick three years ago? I was all for trying the Maybin reclamation project; but this guy has legitmate size and skill. I would have no clue what his value is though or even what the Seahags would need in a trade. I do know that squeezing a draft pick out of Uncle Ted is pretty difficult.

but seriously, his value wouldn't be that high. Curry is a pick of a previous regime, and has been benched.

AT MOST a 4th, which IMO is well worth it if 🇹🇹 even had a 1st round grade on him just a few years ago.

So you want to give up a 4th round pick for a guy who couldn't start on a 1-3 team... AND he got beat out by a rookie 4th round draft pick who had no mini camps or OTAs...

Thompson has also turned two 4th round picks into two very nice starting OGs. So I might try a 5th or lower pick...

Also would he be playing ILB or OLB? Is he physical enough for a 3-4? ... would what ever is holding him back in the 4-3 hold him back in the 3-4?
