My wife's surgery · PACKERSHOME

She had the back surgery yesterday. The doctor said it went well. She was taken into surgery at 1pm, and wasn't in her room until 8:30pm.
She had a terrible night, throwing up constantly until 7:30 this morning.
Any of you that believe in prayer, please do so for her. I would greatly appreciate it.

Will do Alan. Sorry to hear she is having a rough time but glad to know she did go ahead and have the surgery.

You're always in my prayers Cheesey. We don't different occassions for that. Remember narcotics aren't just for drug additcts. But use the pharmesueticals wisely.

If i danced naked, all that would do is make her laugh!

She actually has been turning down the morphine. She didn't like how it made her feel "loopy".
Today, they had her standing up. But her left leg was giving out, so she couldn't do any more then that.

They have free computer hookup here, so i'm in the cafeteria writting this. LJ is resting.....which has been one of the hardest things for her to do here. You know.....fall asleep, get woke up for blood pressure check. Fall asleep, get woke up for blood sugar check, and that stuff goes on all night/day.

But she's hanging in there.

Thank you all who had good thoughts and things to say. And please keep up the prayers!
