Best way to stream TV? · PACKERSHOME

What's the best way to stream TV channels? I've been reading a little bit about SlingBox and wonder if there are other options out there?

The current setup I have is a laptop and TV tuner USB stick. Using the setup I have available, I'd have to get a digital tuner and antenna and try to figure out how to change the channel while being many miles away.

So, it'd be Antenna > Digital Tuner > USB Tuner > Laptop and of course figure out how to remotely change the channels from a remote city.
