I have called this boy light in the ass for the last time. What he did to cream puff Sean Rogers on the goal line on Kuhn's touchdown was either the most awesome play by a center ever, or the most weak ass attempt by a d-lineman on the goaline ever. Schlereth was really on Rogers for that one last night.

Had this in the gameday thread.. to lazy to repeat my thoughts. [grin1]

Yes... the best overall game they have had in some time.

Wells looked 20 pounds stouter with Lang and Sitton on his wings.. A+ game for his performance this week. Stout at the point and was able to get to the second level a number of times... on the Kuhn TD.. Wells and Sitton just kicked the shit out of Rodgers in the hole.

Clifton bounced back on the natural grass (imagine that) just fine and Bulaga and Sitton on the right side is about as good as it gets.

The Packers missed a couple of blitz reads and pickups.. but overall it was a excellent game in protection as a whole.

I love the element Lang brings to the left side.. his footwork looks smooth like it did coming out.

I was happy with their play.. still don't endorse Campen as the right guy, but the guys on the field held up their end of the bargain last night.

Scott Wells is easily the meanest OL the Packers have.

William Henderson didn't have to run people over. His preferred method was levitation.

Clearly the fears of that Mrs. Colledge and Kevin had about the demise of the OL after Daryn's Departure have proven unfounded.

The OL as a whole had an incredible game. I was mentally looking back at the game on Friday and as I was sitting there I was blown away by how well they played.

I get so caught up in how the "skill" players perform, but so much of what they do depends on the OL. I apologize to the entire OL for not realizing these things as they happened, but the day after.

They were amazing on Thursday and I see no reason for change throughout the season.

My question is this: did Lang have a good game? It seemed like when we needed yards, we ran behind Sitton, which of course is predictable and predictability is not always a good thing in the NFL. How was Lang, because I didn't notice.

Frankly, he was one of the best centers in the NFC last year. He might be again this year with the game he had. When was the last time GB dominated the trenches against a team the quality of the Saints? If they straightened that out, wow.

Bulaga run blocking is good enough he could probably play both OG positions as well.
