Too bad there's not a spot on the final 53 for a designated punt blocker. . .

Keep him on the PS in case one of our WR gets hurt this year. Both Driver and Nelson may be gone by next year so it makes since to keep Gurley and West on the PS or IR for a year.

Gurley is a good player and will be for another team. It is unfortunate that there most likely won't be a spot for him on the 53 man roster, but at the same time we really can't complain because the guys in front of him are the reason why. The Packers already have great wide receivers. Wish they could be greedy and just keep them all for that rainy day when an injury happens (knock on wood) but when these guys are placed on the PS, they will be snatched up quickly.

It would be nice to have a player like Gurley or West available in case that happens.

If he can REALLY block punts with any sort of consistency at all, I'd keep him. Who was the guy who used to do this in the mid 80s? Gerry Lewis?
I bet all of these WRs stay in our division. Both the Queens and the Bares are hungry for WRs.

Gurley is too good for that team and I hope he doesn't end up on either roster.

Wouldn't they have to go through waivers? I think they would be taken quickly, before someone in our division had a chance.
Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?
