So the writer's failure to mention Sam Shields led to your rebuttal in which you also failed to mention Sam Shields. It's good to have Sam Shields out in the open now, rather than talking about him in code!

I guess the writer is not yet convinced that Shields will be any better than "above average." Maybe House can give him a run for his money when the time comes. But I would definitely put my money on Shields.

That's true, the writer probably doesn't think Sam Shields was worth the praise last season.

I saw that too. I guess Shields doesn't count for anything.

I think Shield would be better on the outside than doing all the things Woodson is doing in the slot as he plays a bit of CB a bit of S and a bit of OLB... will he's body hold up to tackling big RBs and attacking blocking?

Williams is the #1 CB... so you want to keep him on the #1 WR...

Of course you guys could be right and the writer could of just totally over looked a player which some writers do all the time...
