Jul 31, 2011 - Multiple reports are coming in that the Green Bay Packers have re-signed their fullback, John Kuhn. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that the deal is for three years.
Kuhn is a fan favorite in Green Bay, known for his bruising style and nose for the end zone. The 28-year-old running back scored four touchdowns with less than 90 carries last year, a number that should go up considering he was one of the few viable options in the backfield for the Pack last season.
Kuhn also caught 15 passes for 97 yards and two touchdowns. His pass catching abilities add to his value, especially considering Aaron Rodgers' ability to extend plays.
Kuhn is beloved by Packers fans, who call out his name everytime he touches to ball, much like most fans do for players with names that have the "oo" sound in it. It may sound like boo, but there's nothing but love in those cheers.
