I have to forward this video to the Pennsylvania Department of Natural Resources. I assure you that a significant portion of their annual budget will be utilized in promulgating appropriate regulations for the sport. My imagination isn't good enough to envision the coming turf war. On one side of the battle will be the game commission, on the other will be boating and fishing...both with entrenched governmental/political zealots...it's a Pennsylvania bureaucracy thing.
