Ya got the wrong one, dfosterf. That one kinda looks like Moss4MVP from the other old PackerForum. Remember him Cheesey..Trippster???
Anyway, my furry little buddies, General Cheesey and Colonel Trippster, have combined forces in the tall Poplar trees in our yard and have set up camp. I think they have just signed a contract with "Dancing with the Stars" as now when they practice jumping from the trees to our roof, instead of simply running across the roof, they do a Quick Step and Paso Dobla routine. I swear one the the squirrels sitting there is Len Goodman judging them. (he chatters with a British accent)
The enemy has taken to chewing off small branches from the trees and tossing them on the roof...not down on the ground. My roof looks like a log holding area that Beavers use to build dams.
Uh, oh!! I better check the Bitterroot River level. There are a ton of those flat tail critters there and they may have partnered up with Cheesey and Trippster. If I see water flowing past my front door, then all of Western Montana is in trouble, as last time I checked, we were 600 feet above the river. :xcensoredx:
So, without further procrastonation, I'm going to go get my snow tires on my truck, load up my .222, haul in a supply of beer and wait them out.
The war is only starting. I'm retired...I got all the time in the world.
Anyone for a Weenie Roast?
