I think it's pretty non-biased. He obviously doesn't see DJ Williams as some Finley insurance (for injury or contract-issues) like most of us here do. I also see him more like a Chris Cooley H-back than a traditional Bubba Franks-style TE.
When one of the greatest receiving TEs in college football history is the "weakest link" in your draft, I think you're in good shape. But I think his analysis is fair and he explains his grading system.
