I think it's pretty non-biased. He obviously doesn't see DJ Williams as some Finley insurance (for injury or contract-issues) like most of us here do. I also see him more like a Chris Cooley H-back than a traditional Bubba Franks-style TE.

When one of the greatest receiving TEs in college football history is the "weakest link" in your draft, I think you're in good shape. But I think his analysis is fair and he explains his grading system.

Packers use many two TE sets. They interchange their personnel more than nearly any other team. It seems like he gave Williams a low grade because he factored in need more than anything.

I have been harping on it, but I think Taylor lines up at FB and Williams remains at TE. I also believe Williams is the No. 1 TE in this draft if he were three or four inches taller. There are definitely difficulties in figuring out how to use him, but he was a very good fifth round selection.

Hes better than Andrew Quarless in my view.
