He was the STs captain at North Carolina, perhaps he is up to the task? But, I agree, he is going to have a TOUGH time making this team.

This could be Korey Hall's replacement. Taylor is probably a FB and the Packers are probably going to keep two FBs. If that is the case, John Kuhn is a lock if he resigns. That leaves Taylor to compete with Quinn Johnson, who needs to become a more consistent blocker. This is the year for Johnson to make a statement in camp or a guy like Taylor could make the team because of his special teams ability.

I think too many fans are counting out some of these picks. Yeah, this is a very deep team, but Ted Thompson historically tries to hang onto his selections.

I'm not necessarily counting them out, but Thompson has many other players that are his selections outside of this draft and it's going to be a tough numbers game. Several decent to good players will be on other teams next season for sure.

This was my only "wtf" moment during the Packers draft.

Our ST was never as good as when we had Tracey White leading the unit. I don't mind saving one roster spot for a ST ace, but he'd really have to be amazing because we our probably going to have a really hard time trimming the roster down to 53.
