So when did you realize we were REALLY going to win the Superbowl? I must admit for myself, I haven't even really internalized it yet. It still hasn't sunk in. However, after we went into Atlanta and thumped the Falcons, I knew we could go all the way. I knew we'd beat the Bears, even though it would be a touch, flukey game.
Man after that Atlanta game I just had a feeling. Beating the Steelers was gonna be tough, but they're a team built for power. Playing on turf is a huge advantage for us, especially on offense.
Just honestly hasn't even sunk in for me yet. Doesn't feel real. Guess I'll just have to savor it more. Maybe order some Superbowl Champs merchandise or something.

Remember when Tramon knocked down that 4th-and-5 pass with 00:56 remaining?

It was after that.

It never dawned on me that "holy shit, we are going to win this" until it was suddenly 4th down and 5 for the Steelers. I am so used to agonizing over those last minute drives, but this one ended more quickly than I could have imagined. I think it jolted me so hard I went into shock.

It sunk in when media idots were saying that the steelers had been 3-0 (now 3-1) in Super Bowls when they wore white and I was thinking the Packers were 2-0 when wearing green (now 3-0).

Now that it happened it hasn't really sunk in yet. Maybe when the season is about to start and I hear Defending World Champions. When I see a game about to start at Lambeau and the year is put up.

Finally I think it will set in when they get rid of that ugly black stone monument they wasted money on during the remodel of Lambeau Field. You know the one that foolishly carved in stone that says "through this gate have gone 12 time World Champions".
When I saw that after the remodel I was angry. You never carve the Packers Championships in stone!! I think that stinking black rock jinksed them in 2007. When that black rock is tron down then it will finally sink in. Dont replace that stone!! Wood will be okay but never stone.

When the changes at Lambeau are shown on television.

For a play that resulted in an incompletion, I could watch that replay a million times.

When we made the Playoffs I had a good feeling, I felt it might be our destiny because it was so rediculous we were still in it. I was calm and amazed during the Playoffs and was fine with it if we lost because we would have already accomplished more than I ever thought we would with all the season ending injuries. When was I confident we would win... as mentioned above, after Tramon knocked down the 4th and 5 pass.

WHAT AN AMAZING YEAR...BEEN A FAN SINCE '59 AND DON'T REMEMBER ANYBODY DOING ANYTHING LIKE THIS EVER.

I knew we had the game won in the second half when the Steelers could not take the lead and had several chances to do so. It's too bad we blew so many opportunities, because in a reality that game should have been a blow out. They were lucky we had two injuries in the secondary to allow them back in the game.

If I had to pick one moment, it would be the Atlanta game. That game showed what happens when both the offense and the defense play well. Also, it became apparent that weekend that none of the AFC teams looked truly dominant. Things suddenly opened up for the Packers.

I still can't beleive it. They overcame insane odds with starters going down. I just had hope and rooted for them like crazy. When that ball was incomplete I was just like "Holy shit, we just won the superbowl"
