It's evident that Missoula is a Packer Backer city in that all the sporting goods stores in Southgate Mall in Missoula are already sold out of all Packer Super Bowl XLV sportswear.

I was in the mall this morning waiting to pick up our puppy Murphi from the groomers, so while killing time I hit the sporting goods stores.

Store #1, Me: "Got any Packer Super Bowl sweatshirts in yet?"

Clerk #1: "Shipment is coming in at 12:30 and sold out already."

Me: "What? How can you be sold out when it hasn't even arrived yet?"

Clerk: "We take orders ahead of time. By the 4th quarter we were sold out of everything we were getting in."

Me: "What if (God forbid) the Steelers had come back and won? Then what would you do?"

Clerk:" Well,..... don't even think that way. No way the Pack was gonna lose. My wife's in love with Matthews and if they'd of lost, I'd be her punching bag for the next year."

Me. "Ooh, that could be miserable. Did you save her a shirt?"


Packer Fans are everywhere.
