So, what'd you guys think about the halftime show? The rest of the US apparently hated it.



And that's an old image. New Mexico went from a D to an F, as well.

I didn't really like it, but I would've given it a C. It was somewhat better than I expected. I heared them on Top of the Pop once and they were absolutely awful. At least their voices weren't off-pitch the entire time.

The part with Slash was pretty cool, as well.

I think that they should take the best of two worlds and get Muse up there next year.

Let's face it. The Wombats could have done a better job.

I normally like BEP, but any hip hop live sucks. Bad.

I might give it a C, but just because of effort and the showmanship around it.

That's the problem. The BEP know how to put up a nice show, but their voices just aren't there. You could hear it pretty easily, half of the stuff was auto-tuned, the other half just didn't sound good.

Next to that, I don't see the music they play as football music. Maybe I Gotta Feeling and the Dirty Bit part from The Time are generic enough to fit in anywhere, but the rest just isn't.

And really, I'm not going to make this another music-plugging thread, but how can you not invite these guys? This is football music.

Their voices weren't off-pitch the entire time? I know the acoustics aren't good in football stadium and they were having mic issues, but damn, they sounded off the entire time to me.
