Speaking about Harris, how badly did he shut down Berrian last night?

"Packers_Finland" wrote:

wow that was a thing of beauty, I said this in the chat also, but Harris has looked way more sharp lately after his injury then he ever had, can it be that the secondary playing so well his confident now that he can just focus on one guy only and not the whole field ...

I like bishop. Sure hes still young and inexperienced, but he seems to play with a lot of heart and seems to find the ball. He recorded 6 tackles (team high) and a forced fumble on that very big 4th down stop yesterday(which should of been the game right there, but penalties).

"Packnic" wrote:

he also missed a big tackle on Chester Taylor for a big touchdown.

but I agree with both you and 93... he might be the better option at MLB over Hawk.

should be interesting to see what they come up with.

You have to note it was his first play after Barnett came out so he was a little sloppy. Still doesn't excuse it though.

Hawk needs to step it up. NOW!

He has all the tools... He sleeps in that bedroom with that special high altitude freaking chamber "What ever the hell that is?"

Perhaps his wife can have her brother come over for dinner and give him a little pep talk about fortitude.

Do not get me wrong... I respect the man. However, I will respect him more if he steps it up another 10%

The difference between good and great is always a little bit. Perhaps 10%

How about this idea?

Move Hawk to MLB position which he played in college?

Haha gotta love the Waiting reference. But, what about this idea of moving Hawk to Middle Backer? Then we could have Poppy and Humphrey(?) as outside. I think Humph(?) has a little more experience than Bishop.

Note: Is Humphrey the correct name(number 54 I think)

They caught us in the wrong defense on that TD pass to Taylor, and Bishop was probably a step or two late getting there. At that point though, I'd say it's asking a lot to stop Chester Taylor one on one with absolutely no help coming on that side of the field. Plus he made a great juke move. I'm not sure how many LB's there are in the league who could've taken him down in that situation. I'd chalk that one up to "them making a play" vs. "us screwing up".

Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : It should be halted now.
