If I heard correctly, the 2010 Packers are the first 6 seed to make the Super Bowl.

edit...correction, the Packers are the first 6 seed to win the NFC Championship.

This just in: Vegas has the Packers as 2-1/2 point favorites. That surprises me. I thought the Steelers would be a slight favorite.

I believe the Packers have the chance to be the first 6th seed ever to knock out two No. 2 seeds and one No. 1 seed in the same playoffs.

1. The Steelers D originated with Dom Capers. He probably knows their plays better than anyone else. They run a very similar D to ours, and that will be huge.

I always thought it was the other way around. Capers started Blitzburg when he became DC of the Steelers in 92. LeBeau was on Dom's staff but as a secondary coach. After Capers left to coach the Panthers, he was promoted to DC.
