Ok, I suspect this guy is just another hack politico (Foster, what do you say about yer gov?), but he can turn a phrase.

To paraphrase:

25 years ago, the Packers played in a Blizzard in Lambeau Field against Tampa Bay. Pack won 21-0, I remember it well.
