LMFAO you're the 2nd biggest dumbass of the night (behind packer98).

Mike McCarthy had a GREAT game. Team really showed up to play. We just lost because of Flynn's inexperience.

We lost because go.pack.go's brother had no fourth down play called for Flynn to get to the line with as well as pitiful time management skills at the end of the game.

Keep blaming Mike McCarthy for the loss. He's the only reason we were even IN the game.

You should change your name to "Viking98."

"go.pack.go." wrote:

That part I bolded is just completely fucking stupid and you are talking to other people about them not watching the game or knowing anything about football.... unreal.

"packer98" wrote:

Really? I speak the truth.

The players had every excuse to give up on the season whether it be injuries or losing to the Lions. Yet they kept fighting and they very nearly beat the best team in the NFL.

Who do you think was the head of all that? Yes, Mike McCarthy.

Coaches coach...players play.

Woody drops a sure interception
Jordy drops a sure first down catch

"buckeyepackfan" wrote:

And Mike McCarthy called back to back FB dives.
He's the one who didn't have Flynn prepared for that final drive.
He's the one who doesn't call balanced football(tonight was the first time this season. It took Rodgers being out for that. No. Just no.)

Dude sucks. Manages the clock poorly. Bad timeouts and challenges. Very silly offensive strategies(did I mention back to back FB dives?).

He's a mediocre offensive coordinator whose teams do well because they are jacked with talent.

I can't wait till we see what Rodgers and company will do with a real coach.

We are a healthy team we dont have these close games cuz we are prob up by 10-20 points..

But lets pretend injuries are not to blame, or an excuse

Prove to me (other than your dumbass opinion) that he wasn't calling in a play.

Maybe you're name should be "I'm gagging on Brett Favre's balls."

"packer98" wrote:

The play should've already been know to all what was going to be called. Anyone that has played the game knows that. (so apparently u never played other the Madden). Not unheard of. Mike McCarthy called a brilliant game but was unprepared at the end and YOU KNOW THAT. SO COME OUT FROM UNDER HIS DESK, TAKE HIS BALLS OUT OF YOUR MOUTH AND ADMIT THAT.

"go.pack.go." wrote:

Because he automatically knew it would be 4th and one?

You still haven't proven anything to me except you have a picture of Favre taped to your ceiling above your bed that you masturbate to every night.

Whoever suggested we might get a first-round pick for Flynn -- or better yet, multiple later-round picks -- thanks for making me laugh. There's no way a 7th-round pick's stock rises that far after one game.

When Green Bay Called it's last timeout Mike should have gave Flynn the plays he wanted ran for the rest of the game right there. Flynn should have went to the huddle and told the players the next series of plays right then and there. Mike McCarthy was at fault with the piss poor time management at the end of the game.

That makes no sense to me, since it was obvious to everyone watching the game that they were a yard short, but whatever. I still think it's beside the point. The fact is they didn't have any time outs remaining. They had to throw it to the end zone. Why did there have to be a specific playcall? Put five on the line and just go for the home run.

"Nonstopdrivel" wrote:

To be fair, most of us watching the game had a sideline-above view where we could see the placement of the ball in relation to the down markers; the coach did not have that luxury as they are watching the game from the sideline - in this case from a position where you cannot gauge the placement of ball relative to down markers.

I totally agree with your other point, though. Considering how well McCarthy had planned given a first-time starter, it is somewhat inexplicable how he did not have some standard call ready for that situation.

Why aren't you complaining about the other squib kicks that were executed correctly? He isn't out there playing, he had no control over th execution. If you want to put execution on ANY coach, put it on Slocum.

beast (30-Dec) : Well, Commanders are currently the 6th seed and Packers the 7th
beast (30-Dec) : Who was it in Chat, that wanted the Vikings to win (because Lions fans upset them) because Packers could not lose the 6th seed?
beast (30-Dec) : If Falcons win, Packers stay as the 6th seed and Falcons lead the NFCS, if they lose, Commanders 6th and Bucs take NFCS lead
beast (30-Dec) : Win or Loss, the NFCS is going down to week 18
Mucky Tundra (30-Dec) : if the Falcons win, how does that affect the overall NFC playoff picture? Does it mean that the NFC South comes down to week 18?
beast (30-Dec) : If Commanders win, the Packers drop to the 7th seed
