Did McCarthy not know it was 4th down? I find that pretty much impossible but my friend is telling me that he rewinded it and that he swears Matt Flynn kept saying "It's 4th down".

I wonder if we could get a 2nd rounder for Matt next spring. God knows we need the Olineman.

Did I miss Zombo's injury. I didn't even know who the OLB opposite Clay was.

BJ Raji is becoming quite the player. Very pleased, he seems very well grounded as well.

Another 4 point loss. Highlighted by grotesque mistakes. An offensive guard rumbling 73 yards on a kickoff? James Jones giving up on his route, allowing a pick 6? Mike McCarthy's motto is "finding ways to lose."

rofl is this a joke post?

The guy has kept his team competitive with 1/3 of his starters out. None of our losses are by more than 4 points, and we just took it to the best fucking team in the league with a second string QB making his first start. What the hell more could you ask for? Sure I don't agree with some of his play calls, but I'm more than happy with the rest.

I'm pissed off that Mike McCarthy wasn't screaming into Flynn's headset to get his ass on the line and run a play, any play. The fact that Flynn felt the need to have a firm playcall with time running out says a lot.

Just throw the fucking ball and see what happens.

Overall, McCarthy called a great game today. But Jesus, the man totally locks up when the pressure gets ratcheted up.

For a man who can be so bullheaded on the strangest things, he is horribly indecisive when it really counts.

Also, you can't fault mccarthy the result of a play call. The squib kick was a perfect play call. Had it gone down like every other squib you wouldn't be saying a damn thing about it.
